3 - Purpose and legal basis of the processing - legitimate interests of the owner

• (b) development of our products / services by applying advanced analysis techniques (so-called business analytics) to your data, also making use of profiling logics on certain occasions ;
• (c) purposes of internal reporting for the purpose of business management and improvement of performance and products / services, on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the Owner.

4 - Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences deriving from any refusal

The provision of your personal data is optional.
However, with reference to the provision of data necessary in order to fulfill the legal, pre-contractual and contractual obligations indicated above, the lack of such information determines the impossibility of proceeding with the regular execution of the service.

Employees and collaborators become aware of your data, as data processors, the Data Controller and other third parties responsible for the processing or independent data controllers (assistance / services, consultancy, data processing and other IT services companies) .
